terms of admission - articles § 4 (5)
The person who wants to become a member has to send a apply for admission to the executive committee.
In case of apply as an regular member, the apply for admission has to be added by two letters of recommendation
from regular members of the TREMA.
The executive committee decides on the apply with bare majority.
If there are no regular members known, the apply can be directly send to the committee and
will be in case of, added by letters of recommendation by the executive committee.
